Outdoor play was a key focal point for the administration of the school as they wanted to put a focus on creating an outdoor education space that attracted families looking for unique spaces for their children as they were considering where to enroll their children. By taking their old mulch playground and reusing the play structures we were able to create fun, safe, and inviting spaces for children of all ages at the school to play and challenge themselves during recess. From themed areas, to a soccer/kickball area, and even open free spaces it gives kids the flexibility to explore the space, encouraging them to create their own games to play together.
